PRODUCTSATTRUBY (acoramidis), infigratinib, encaleret, BBP-418
BridgeBio’s portfolio is anchored by ATTRUBY (acoramidis), an FDA-approved, oral, small molecule transthyretin (TTR) stabilizer indicated for the treatment of transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM). Beyond ATTRUBY, BridgeBio’s late-stage pipeline includes infigratinib for the treatment of achondroplasia, encaleret for the treatment of autosomal dominant hypocalcemia type 1, and BBP-418 for the treatment of limb-girdle muscular dystrophy type 2I/R9. Notably, all three late-stage programs reported positive topline Phase 3 data in recent months, positioning BridgeBio for multiple potential near-term commercial launches in indications with significant unmet need.
Background
HealthCare Royalty purchased $134 million in preferred equity of BridgeBio to accelerate the commercial launch of ATTRUBY and support the company’s next phase of growth as it prepares for three additional potential product launches over the next 12 months. The investment builds on the firms’ established relationship, following HealthCare Royalty’s lead role in the $300 million monetization of BridgeBio’s Beyonttra (acoramidis) royalty stream from Bayer in 2025, and further positions HealthCare Royalty as a long-term financial and strategic partner to BridgeBio. HealthCare Royalty co-invested with Sixth Street in this investment.
