Jeffrey Jung Chief Legal Officer

Jeffrey Jung is the Chief Legal Officer of HCRx. Mr. Jung is primarily responsible for HCRx’s transaction and corporate legal matters. He brings over 35 years of experience in private and public financing and investing, having first represented biopharmaceutical royalty investors in 2001. Mr. Jung was previously a Partner at Much Shelist P.C., and prior to that a Partner at McDermott Will & Schulte. Mr. Jung holds a B.A. from Yale College and a J.D. from The University of Michigan.
